I am a home baker, since retiring from nursing I found myself more and more immersed in baking.

I have always baked for friends and family, but, through word of mouth and recommendations I was frequently asked to bake christening cakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, anniversary cakes and cakes for other occasions.

As a result of all the wonderful comments and compliments over the years, I decided to “give it a go” and register with my local authority, do my food hygiene for caterers and set up my own baking business.
